Mr G Dasarathareddy, Managing Director of Fincare Business Services Limited, is a stalwart in developmental field with over 30 years of experience in working towards economic upliftment of the unserved and underserved sections of the society. He has set up various organizations like, Action for Community Services (ACTS, Est. 1985) and Acts Mahila Mutually Aided Cooperative Thrift Society (AMMACTS, Est. 1995). The welfare programs and management initiatives under both ACTS and AMMACTS were aimed at empowering rural women of Andhra Pradesh. With the acquisition of Future Financial Services Private Limited (“FFSPL”) an NBFC in March 2007, Mr Reddy expanded expanded these activities beyond Andhra Pradhesh and set up operations in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Later, in 2017, with a view to establish a national footprint and bring operational efficiency and scale, FFSPL merged with Fincare Business Services Limited Mr. Dasrathereddy was appointed as the Managing Director of FBSL with effect from 7th June, 2017.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics from Sri Venkateswara University in Tirupati, Andhra Pradhesh.
Mr Dhiraj Poddar has spent over 14 years in the Private Equity industry. He joined TA Associates Management, LLP (“TA”) in 2010 and was responsible for advising TA in five major investments across financial services, technology, healthcare, consumer and business services. He assisted Billdesk, an online payments gateway provider, with the acquisition of Loyalty Rewardz, India’s largest loyalty program management company. In the past, he was associated with Standard Chartered Private Equity, Infosys BPO Ltd and ICICI Securities Ltd.
Qualifications: Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and PGDM IIM, Ahmedabad.
Mr. Satyanarayana Peravali is a practicing Chartered Accountant professional and comes with over 35 years of experience in Financial / Bank Audits and advisory services. He has been involved in Bank Audits for Union Bank of India, ING Vysya Bank, Corporation Bank etc. He was also associated with Future Financial Services Limited as Executive Director for 3 years from March 2008 to August 2011. His service includes association with ING Vysya Bank for 12 years and Union Bank of India for 16 years where he served as Assistant Vice President / Associate Vice President (Credit) and Audit Officer respectively.
Qualifications: Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
Shri Satyaki Rastogi is an Engineering Graduate from National Institute of Technology, Kozhikode. He joined SIDBI as Assistant Manager in 1994. Shri Rastogi has served in various capacities in SIDBI during his service spanning 27 years. Prior to this he also headed the Chennai Region for 2 years. He also spearheaded the policy initiatives taken by SIDBI to re-energize its Direct Credit Business, as an integral part of the Direct Credit Vertical team in the past few years. The role required Business Process Reengineering, making the operations business friendly, forging new partnerships, introduction of new products as well as to make the finance cost effective for MSMEs.
He has also been associated with the initiative of the Bank to make its Direct Lending operations fully digital including digital execution of loan documents and drafting policy related to the same.
Shri Satyaki Rastogi also served as Chief Vigilance Officer of State Bank of Travancore for a period of 2 years from 2015 to 2017. His major experience is in the field of direct lending to MSMEs and Stressed Assets and NPA management.
Ms. Nandini Parekh is an Independent Legal Professional with over 18 years of experience in secretarial and legal compliance domain. She is an expert Corporate Laws such as Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations. She has wide-ranging experience with respect to compliances advisory under various enactments, compliances process and handling ‘Due Diligence’ under corporate laws. She serves as an Independent Director at AGRU Plastic Technology Private Limited, Asiainfo Technologies (India) Private Limited and Growth Capital Trustee Company Private Limited.
Qualifications: Company Secretary (CS) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
Mr. Juneja has over 31 years’ experience across industries. He is currently Partner at True North Associates LLP (“TN”) where he is involved in building and managing businesses primarily in the financial services sector. Prior to joining True North, he was the group Head for ICICI Banks Retail Banking group, covering Strategy, Products, Small Business Loans, Branch Banking and distribution channels. He started his career with Godrej as a Branch Manager and has worked with Godrej GE Appliances and GE Transportation financial services.
Qualifications: MBA from IIM Lucknow.

As a Practising Chartered Accountant professional, he has conducted Bank Audits for some of the renowned banks like Union Bank of India, ING Vysya Bank, Corporation Bank etc. He was also associated with Future Financial Servicess Limited as Executive Director for 3 years from March 2008 to August 2011. His service includes association with ING Vysya Bank for 12 years and Union Bank of India for 16 years where he served as Assistant Vice President / Associate Vice President ( Credit) and Audit Officer respectively.

Ms. Aarti Vimalchand Punmiya has over 7 years of experience in the legal field. She is a qualified Company Secretary and also a Member of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. As an Advocate she has independently been involved in drafting of submissions before the Commissioner of Income Tax Appeals and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal over various subjects in Income Tax Matters. Also drafting and serving of Legal notices in certain matters pertaining Wills/Property rights/Trade Mark Infringement. Being a qualified Company Secretary, she has also been concerned with the corporate legal, administration and management work. In the recent past she has been a professional Director for various companies. Considering her professional expertise, it is felt that her appointment on the Board would be of best interest to the Company.
